About this workshop:

 

Our body is a temple that heals.

  A sacred place, created in chaos, which embodies all things perceived as good and haunting.

In a group setting, sacred space is created to speak intentions and build positive energy around them.  We support each other, affirm and uplift each other's intentions continually throughout the workshop, and beyond.  

 

Workshops are open to all energies.  Each participant creates their own artwork using materials provided and an item brought from home.  This workshop is great for healing retreats and meditation events.  Use the contact form to get in touch!
