What is the WE SPEAK TO HEAL initiative?
This initiative raises funds for wellness organizations supporting black and brown identifying women and men. The primary goal is to help improve access to healing experiences for those who wish to participate. Funds raised for the BGYT are contributed to a scholarship fund for retreats and workshop experiences.
How does it work?
Using the sound wave of your voice, artist J. Alexandra Escarpeta creates original artwork on canvas. See an example here. Each artwork is purchased by art collectors globally, and 30% of the sale goes to the Brown Girl Yoga Tribe. See BGYT artworks.
